• You acknowledge that in case of any risks occurred with your device and/or Stock Exchange of Thailand and/or Application and/or any other application, which including without limitation to Global Trade Application of Exante or Fund Connect or any other trading application, which are currently existing or might be existing in the future, and whether the risks occurred due to the disruption, electricity system or communication error or any force majeure leads to the errors in performance or performance, the Company reserves the rights not to responsible for any damages to you, and you shall not bring any disputes against the Company of such cases.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Contents are provided "as is" basis without any warranties of correctness, completion, quality or any contents therein, including the merchantability, non-infringement of third parties right, and the fitness for any particular purpose. APPLICABLE LAW

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.You agree that nothing herein contained shall constitute a partnership, joint venture, employment or agent between you and the Company.

WAIVER

You agree and accept below conditions and you agree to waive all claims to the Company:

• The Company does not, directly or indirectly, warrant to the benefits which you received from using this Application, including not to warranty on the correction of purposes of using this Application.
• Stocks, bonds, derivatives, funds and other securities which offered to sell are in accordance with the law and publicly information; therefore, you need to reconsider related laws and regulations under the applicable law in your country. The use of information herein, means that you agree and warrant that the applicable law in your company permits you to enter into this information.

• News and information in the stocks, bonds, derivatives, funds and other securities is the information received from the reliable sources of information; nevertheless, you understand that the Company does not warrant on the correction or the completion of such news and information.
• The Company shall not be liable to any damages from force majeure, including any matters out of the control of the Company.
• Any fluctuation on currency exchange may lead to the valuation of your investment whether to increase or decrease, which you agree to take this risk at your own.
• The investment is risk, you may seek higher or lower on the principal investment amount.
